UKIPO Succeed in Passing off Claim against Misleading Invoices

In the follow up to our previous article dated 9 July 2014, the UKIPO have been successful in the passing off claim which was filed against the companies who were trading as ‘Patent and Trade Mark Office and Patent and Trade Mark Organisation’.
