I joined Dummett Copp in 2002 having graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first class honours degree in Biology in 2001. I qualified as a UK Trade Mark Attorney in 2005 and am a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. In 2018, I became a Partner as well as Head of the Trade Mark Department at Dummett Copp.
I act for a wide variety of clients operating in a number of different fields and always try and tailor my advice to best suit their commercial needs. I enjoy taking an active role in the management of clients' intellectual property portfolios helping them to make best use of their IP budgets and ensuring that their business interests are well protected.
I advise on all aspects of trade mark protection and registration including portfolio management, clearance searches as well as trade mark prosecution, oppositions, cancellation and revocation actions, assignments and and trade mark infringement and passing off.
In my spare time you will find me spending time with my family. When I get time to do so, I enjoy swimming, yoga and Pilates.
